Your details, handled with care.

We collect the contact details, appointment choices and notes you provide to manage your booking, product reservation or enquiry. Please share only information needed for your visit.

Bookings, deposits and products

We use your name, phone number and email to arrange your appointment and send service messages when email sending is connected. A booking link lets you view or cancel your appointment; keep it private. Payment details are handled by Stripe when connected. We store payment references and status, not card numbers.

Products reserved through the store are paid for at the studio when collecting. The listed deposit is credited toward your treatment. Contact us about cancellation, rescheduling or deposit refund questions; cancelling a booking does not automatically issue a refund.

Website storage

Your cart is stored in this browser. The studio dashboard uses a secure sign-in cookie. Bookings, enquiries, product reservations and uploaded studio photos are stored with our hosting provider. Email and payment providers receive the details needed to perform their respective services when connected.
